I spent twenty years learning the same lesson in four different uniforms.

Marine. Strength coach. Law enforcement and OSINT. Now DevSecOps.

You can be sure of succeeding in your attacks if you only attack places which are undefended.

The story

It did not start as a brand. It started as a life.

2004 - 2016

Marine Corps, Strength Coaching & Private Security

Served with the Marines through deployments and high-pressure training environments, then spent years as a strength coach and fitness instructor while running private security work. The body learns stress before the mind does. These years built the chassis: how to load, how to recover, and how to build other people back stronger than they started.

2016 - 2021

Law Enforcement & OSINT

Patrol ops, gang investigations, and computer forensics supporting global operations for missing children. Developed deep investigative discipline, pattern recognition, threat modeling, and evidence-based analysis. OSINT became a specialty. The adversary mindset became second nature.

2021 - 2024

IT, Networking & Cloud Security

Transitioned into IT support, network engineering, and cloud infrastructure with multiple certifications across security and cloud platforms. Built the technical foundation: how systems talk, how attackers move through them, and how to lock them down at every layer.

2024 - Now

DevSecOps, Blue Team & Cyber Consulting

Now operating at the intersection of development, security, and operations, with the work weighted toward defense. I build secure cloud-native architectures, run DevSecOps pipelines, and design detections and hardening that hold up under real pressure. Under WraithSec (wraithsec.io) I design and build open-source blue-team and defensive tooling solo, the same discipline I bring to individuals, teams, and companies through COMBAT2CLOUD.

Nothing in a person fails alone.

For most of twenty years I treated myself as separate departments. The deployments in one. The badge in another. The barbell, the keyboard, the family, each with its own budget and its own excuses. I was good at it, and it worked right up until the body finally said no, and everything went down at once.

That is the part nobody warns you about. You cannot secure someone who is not sleeping. You cannot train someone who is drowning quietly. And you cannot tell either of them their passwords do not matter. The fronts were never separate. I just could not see the seams from the inside.

The longer I lived it, the harder it got to ignore that our Creator built the whole picture, body, mind, and the people around you, and left a way back to center after every detour. Some days center is a hard run. Some days it is a conversation. Some days it is a quiet morning and a long prayer. I do not preach it and never will. I only stopped pretending the parts came apart, and stopped trying to come back on my own.

Three fronts, one operator.

Digital

Feeling Safe in the Digital World

For everyone who keeps meaning to fix it, and never does.

You meant to set up the password manager. You meant to turn on the thing your bank kept asking about. You meant to do something about all those old accounts from a job you left three years ago. It piled up. Nobody walked you through it.

Get the Basics In

Physical

Military Athlete Programming

Be capable, not just fit.

Most programs train you to look the part. This one trains you to live it. We work strength and endurance through a Military Athlete framework, then go further: wilderness survival and conditioning for the days you are off-trail, and water confidence training because rivers and oceans do not care how strong you are on land. Neutral defense and public awareness training layer in to a standard that transfers, not the kind that lives in a course catalog.

Train With Me

Emotional

The Wellness Muster

A circle for the ones who got too good at hiding it.

You learned to act fine. You stopped saying anything. You started carrying everything quietly.

All engagements begin with a free 15-minute call. No commitment required.

Iron rules

Five principles that survived every chapter.

One

Know Your Enemies

Threat actors are not random. They are nation-states, organized crime, ex-partners, and opportunistic scripts running 24/7. Understanding who wants in, and why, changes how you defend. You cannot build a perimeter if you do not know who is standing outside it.

Two

Become the Vault

Passwords and authentication are your first wall. A password manager generates and stores unique credentials for every account so you never reuse one. Pair that with passkeys, biometrics, or MFA and you have layered authentication that is faster and exponentially harder to crack than anything a human can memorize. One hour of setup eliminates the most common attack vector in existence.

Three

Train the Whole Stack

A weak body is the first thing to fail under pressure. Strength, conditioning, sleep, and recovery are not optional extras to a security practice, they are the foundation. A rested, conditioned, regulated person thinks clearer, reacts faster, and makes better decisions when it counts. No software patch can fix a tired brain or a body that folds under stress.

Four

Email and Web Searching

Your inbox is the most targeted attack surface you own. Phishing, business email compromise, and malicious links account for the majority of all breaches. Knowing how to read an email header, verify a sender, and search the web without leaking data is a skill everyone needs.

Five

AI and Automation Best Practices

AI is a force multiplier, but only if you use it correctly. Never feed sensitive data, credentials, or personal information into a public model. Verify outputs before acting on them. Automate the repetitive, but keep humans in the loop for high-stakes decisions. The same discipline that protects your network protects your AI pipeline.

Writing

Field notes from the practice.

The Enemy Does Not Sleep. You Have To.

You cannot out-vigil a machine, and burning your body trying is how defenders lose slowly. The right job for a blue team agent is not replacing your judgment. It is protecting your night.

Read everything

If any of that sounded like you, start with a conversation.

No jargon and no fluff. The first fifteen minutes are free, and we work out which of the three fronts is actually the one giving way.

Response within 24 hours. First 15-minute call is free.
